Doodling food is always fun and a great place to go when you can’t think of anything else to draw. A little trivia and information on sushi: Sashimi—no rice. Maki—means “roll”. The California Roll was not invented in Japan but it sure has become popular there as well. Tamago or tamagoyaki (yaki means “grill”) is egg often served over rice and called sushi. Some chefs and cooks prepare tamagoyaki slightly sweetened and salted with soy sauce or dashi (fish broth). Nori is algae, algae is seaweed which is one of the most nutritious sea food resources with trace amounts of minerals you can not find from land food. So, keep our seas clean and healthy.
